Stars and words both seek
only one thing:
a man's deceit, a heart's pure beauty
Wishes mixed with time
paint the glory
to hope and sing sheer reverence to Him
Emotion fades alone,
but covered in truth
its weight carries journeys unending
Man is broken but his Creator is not--
though different,
one always belonged to the other
Where do we not see His mark
for life is built in it:
an eternity to live and with Him live it
