A powerful Christian poem addressing the confusion and loss of identity, sex and faith in the new generations

I see the children of today
and wonder how they'll make it through.
I see their eyes yearning for fame,
see their minds so much deceived,
watch as they choose worldly things,
never seeing the devil sneaking through.
Then I look at my own future
my own kids I hope to bring
and I wonder what they'll choose.
Who'll convince them of the lies,
will their eyes still see the truth
if even babies the rainbow fools.
Oh Father, only can I come to you,
only You can help them choose.
So please do spread your heart's sweet truth
and paste the faith I have, in them too.
This generation's minds are altered
and the enemy plans less and less,
less sweet sweetness in the world
less pure love shown through those new souls
less balance in a family and home.
So please protect them now, and then
when my own will come and join them
for Your truth is what withstands
time, deceit and evil still.
You are stronger and still wiser
Your plans outweigh all of the signs.
I believe in what you said: every child is still chosen,
they'll find the truth of who they are,
who they actually belong to and the loving reason why.
